Hey folks,
What's happening? Fill me in, share your experiences. What successes are you enjoying? What failures are you celebrating?
How are you being good to yourself? What do you love about YOU?
I notice that I am in the groove, it now just seems like JUICING is the way it is! That is one of the rewards of consistency.... it just IS!
I love that I am clearer, that I am more present, that life is flowing....
I love that you are all sharing this experience with me... thank YOU!
I have noticed that I am not really hungry, just peaceful. When I am feeling any hunger I simply drink water first and then if I still want something a juice. Green juice isn't really tasting good to me, so I have had more apple, lemon, and blended fruit drinks. Guess it is SUMMER, and what is ripe is what is appealing. I am trusting the process.
I drink rishi mushroom (and sell) healthy "coffee" and this morning that didn't even hit the spot! So who knows what is happening, I am TRUSTING MY BODY!
I love you. Be good to yourself. Know that you are an amazing gift to this world and see yourself as a contribution to others! I do.
Love, Terces

Hi Everyone! I was just wondering if there was any benefit to juicing in the morning and packing the yumminess in an airtight container on ice on days that there's no way to have access to fresh juice for many, many hours...such as at a water park with my kids all day...in Florida...in the summer:) haha I had to pack some raw truffles as well, just in case, to keep my energy up. But I'm just wondering how much of those nutrients are lost, and if it's worth the effort? I'm still kind of new at this! Thanks!! And Terces, thanks for keeping this up with us every month!! I look forward to it so much!
"What successes are you enjoying? What failures are you celebrating?" I love the idea of celebrating failures... I find if I talk on the phone in the kitchen I mindlessly eat! And... I definitely do not consciously enjoy it. My body is always surprising me... I usually really like wheatgrass added to my green juices. This month I have experienced nausea when I add it. My body is saying NO. As for successes I enjoy... 3 of my 4 kids now ask for green juice if they see a fresh batch! Love you all.
For me day two was rough, I was nauseated, hot, and felt low energy. But today was fantastic. Very calm, very clear headed, very aware of my thoughts and able to quickly identify life affirming thoughts and when they were not, able to switch quickly into a better space. It is flowing, really. The week has gone well and I hope this seems like a good idea again on September 1st! I am supposed to be training for a half marathon in November and I have not exercised at all this week. Not sure if I should try to run my 3 mile training runs. Any thoughts appreciated. Love to you all.
Hi Terces and everyone!
I have to say I am ending this juicing week early. It was hard for me but still a great experience for someone who wasn't even a vegetarian before.
I wrote a post about it on my blog if you want to check it out. I guess this comes under celebrating your failures. At least I am eating my Kale chips guilt free now :)
Maybe I'll give it a go again next month.
Love to all.

Hi Everyone,
I can't tell you how much I appreciate you contributing to the blog. Your experiences keep me going. kathryn, no worries, one day is a success.... break your juicing gently, veggies, fruits... and keep the liquids high for the first few days anyway... don't jump right into bread, pasta... etc. Not that you would!
Thank all of you for who you are. I lov eyou. Terces
