Day SIX March

Yeah a beautiful Saturday morning.

Yesterday was a mixed day for me. We had our final interview for our personal assistant opening! While we are letting go of someone who has grown up and been with us for almost 6 years, and celebrating her new future... marriage and life in Hawaii, we are also looking for what/who is next. Well, the interview was wonderful and I was aware of so many new possibilities and at the same time aware of the disappointment of those who won't be offered the position. See, what I mean by a mixed day. Joy/Sadness, Opportunities/Losses, discomfort/comfort.... letting myself be with ALL OF IT. Not judging, not expecting, not waiting, just being.....
Went to 3D Alice in Wonderland, started thinking, "I don't remember Alice in Wonderland" like this. Had a few unconscious hand fulls of Organic, Himalayan salted popcorn (made in olive oil)..and a few conscious ones after those! Let myself be with it and didn't make myself wrong. More of my mixed experience of my day.
Woke up, after working most of the night in my mind on the company, our future and growth to a BIG raccoon in a trap we had set a couple days ago. Green juice was my choice this morning and it felt like drinking liquid sunshine for sure.
Welcome to day SIX, love yourself, forgive yourself and fill yourself with the best JUICES there are. Fresh, organic, and green whenever possible.
Celery with a bit of mint!
Have a great day, and welcome if you are new. Sign on and share.
Love, Terces

Wow. I had no idea you were doing this. I came to the 'self-examiner' thinking it would be something I could 'examine' myself objectively with. Instead, I got a peek into the life of someone I admire. How thoughtful, inspiring and open.

What a breath of fresh air, thank you for sharing and reminding me to forgive myself and share some joy with others today and to not be so hard on myself.

I love this post, reminds me of the the saying "When a woman tells the truth she is creating the possibility for more truth around her".

I love that you say that you don't make yourself wrong. I have been practicing that during this fast.

Went to a ball last night making sure I had a green soup before I left. Thank goodness there was no sit down dinner. I drank orange juice and soda water because if you don't have a drink in your hand it makes people uncomforatble. Eveyone comments! I nibbled on a few slivers if zucchini, carrots and celery, feeling like the debutante who doesn't eat! So not me.

This morning I made a modified I a
Am Luscious so I could have energy for my dance class after a late night of dancing.

Walking into Gratitude in San Raphael right now to treat myself to someone else making juice for me.

How exciting to start a new adventure (hiring a new personal assistant)! :)

Even though I have not been doing the week long juice diet, unconsciously the first half of my yesterday was just me making smoothies/juices! Towards the end of the day I realized it, and was happy about it! I felt great! But since I ran a half marathon this morning, I had to carbo load last night, so I couldn't continue the juicing! :)

It helped me realize how easy it actually is, and I don't need a full kitchen to do it! I'll join doing this for an entire week in June, once I'm home from school. (It would still be easier to do though, haha)

Good job to everyone who is participating! :)

With Love,

A day or so ago, someone commented on the smell of foods triggering desire. I was in Costco the other day and people were eating pizza. Immediately, I had a fantasy of eating pizza and how good it would taste, then my next thought was I could make a healthy raw pizza at the end of my juicing and enjoy it just as much.

Reflecting on my "pizza" fantasy, I came to realize that my intention and choice to be healthy was sprouting and growing. It's amazing the way intentions take on a life of their own.

Today I made my first raw soup: zucchini, red pepper, avocado, onion, garlic, thyme, garam masala salt and cayenne. Blended the above ingredients, then stirred in a 1/2 cup of fresh celery, carrot and broccoli juice and garnished with sprouted seeds. I was inspired by all the great recipes The Sunny Raw Kitchen Blog

Thanks to everyone for your support and recipes.

Another fabulous day! I just want to say that I too have dealt with disordered eating and am continuing to heal. Doing this juice feast has helped so much. I feel so in control and it has helped me more than I can explain. I would love to add the juice feast club logo to my blog with a link to your website if that is okay. I hope many more people cab benefit from the club as I am.

Let me know if that is okay.

I saw Alice in Wonderland today too, it was fun!
