Day SEVEN June

Good Morning,

Here we are on the last day of this month.... enjoy the clarity, spend some time with yourself... really see what you are learning, how you are feeling, what insights you are having and follow them. Yesterday I had a salad, I simply couldn't keep my energy up for playing with grandchildren all day... it tasted good and i definitely felt better..... probably it what more my THINKING that I couldn't keep up that was in my way! I love that I didn't make myself wrong and looked forward to the final day of JUICING. How are you all doing? What are you noticing.
I am also present to how hard young mothers work, the caring for young ones all day long... I see why we have our children when we are young!
This morning I started with Green juice and am heading to the city for meetings all day. I am grateful for all of you and for the encouragement we offer each other.
Remember to drink plenty of fresh water and keep your juice intake high, so as not to let yourself get TOO HUNGRY, or feeling weak.
I love you.
I will post tomorrow as well. I love hearing from you, so please share your stories with me.
I love you.
Terces

Last night I was with friends at a campground and decided to experiment. I had a very small portion of swiss chard, navy beans, wild rice and kale. It was light. But later I felt my blood sugar drop. Feeling very guarded about eating. Would love some advice.

Portion size was no larger than 3/4 cup

Terces,
I did drink some juice before bed last night and slept well. Perhaps, that will become my new habit. Juicing just seems like so much work! O.K., maybe it's not the work, it's the time it takes. Smoothies are much easier and quicker, but they just aren't the same. When I drink juice, I can actually feel it going into my system.

Last month I continued to drink smoothies all month because they really make my stomach feel good. No pain. This month I'm going to try to juice some, but I think I'll have to make a commitment to follow through. I'm considering juicing one day per week. I'm not talking about a juice fast--just juicing along with smoothies and maybe, a light snack. I have to decide which weekday would be best. It should be a work day, because I have to cook on weekends. My husband cooks for himself during the week (he's disabled and so, has no job), but he expects me to give him a break when I'm home. Gosh, I'm rambling on, thinking out loud. Anyway, I'll give this idea a week to gel before making a firm commitment.

It's so much easier to feel and give love when eating right!

Hi There,

I would recommend taking it slowly. Keep Juicing and add in fresh salads to start. Then perhaps some veggies... or soup.... a little at a time. Enjoy.
Love, Terces
