SECOND DAY of OCTOBER

Hi Everyone,

What are you present to this morning? What are you learning? What insights are you having? Today someone in Leadership training shared with me the difference that the JUICE CLUB is making in her life. She said, that she has seen so much about her food patterns, her eating from someplace other than hunger (for food), and she has made the shift to create a more nourishing relationship with herself and with food.
How about you? What can you share?
I am listening......
I love you,
Terces

HI Terces,
It's day two. I love this. Already I feel lighter, clearer and ready for my day. Right now I am required to do an enormous amount in order to keep things running in my business and my life. It is all very possible when I'm clear. I was part of the juice club last month (September) and have been looking forward to this month since then. I feel soooooooo great and grateful. Thank you.

I have been looking forward to this month too, after a wonderful cleanse last month. I resonated with what you said, Terces, about missing the cleanse afterwards and having a hard time transitioning back to food--I was sort of hoping to recieve transition newsletters at that time (just an idea). Today my mind is still busy but am feeling much lighter and clearer already. I greatly appreciate that you and others are doing this.

I sort of jumped into this juice fast. I learned about it two days before it started and decided to do it. But I wasn't prepared for how difficult it would be for me to stick to it. So, as a result, I've not been 100% faithful. Then I decided that 100% faithful is a mental construct that I will try to let go of. I am having the experience I am having. It is what I make of it.

HI Everyone,

Just remember you are where you are. Take it easy, be kind to yourself and pick a goal you can stick with and then increase your commitment.
Diana, great idea a transition blog.. how about I keep blogging after the week for a few days? Love, T

Hi Terces,
I have been reading your blog for a few months now. I am currently on Day 5 of my 3d annual juicefeast... last year I juiced for 30 days, in 2008 in the fall I juiced for 45 days. I'm not sure how long I'll juice for this time - whatever feels right.

The first few days were easy to get in the groove, but now I'm experiencing a detox (plugged sinuses) like I've never had before and am just marvelling at my body's drive towards healing itself. I will continue through this and hopefully it passes quickly. ;) I realize I went into this fast having eaten (this past year) a lot of things I normally wouldn't have - I also realize that I reached for those foods during times that were emotionally challenging. Interesting to observe this connection, and I hope to juice long enough to restore a mindful connection to the food I nourish myself with.

Blessings to everyone who's juicing in this moment,
~n~
