Hi,
I am traveling tomorrow so want to check in with you all now. We are heading to Kansas City to lead our Community Building Workshop! We are also going to visit a few farms of friends while there before the workshop starts.
I was thinking this morning as I made our plum paste tea, that I haven't shared that with you yet. We take a small amount of plum paste (you can find it in the Asian food section of your grocer) and add warm to hot water for an ALKALINE drink in the morning. It is the MOST alkaline food there is!
Also a great website for juicing is juicefeasting.com there are so many resources to support your juicing/cleansing.
Are you remembering to practice affirming your amazing self while juicing? You are loved, you are adored, you are deeply appreciated and I am proud of you too.
Have fun.
Love. Terces

Hi Terces, I am totally recommitted. I traveled across country recently on my move from Philadelphia to Sedona. While I went from Whole Foods to Whole Foods along the way, I still was unable to really eat the way I was used to. Here's what happened. I developed Candida. I had a couple of meals in restaurants and slipped a couple of times, fell into the temptation of bread and some dairy. My system has totally freaked out. I refused to handle this. Today, after my very first ever colonic yesterday, I feel much better. I'm juicing and taking care of my digestive track which is life giving. Thank you for your support. I'm happy to say that I'm totally IN.
I apologize for not seeing your post sooner, CONGRATS on getting back on the path to health! Love, T
Hello. I'm curious about the plum paste tea that you make... It sounds delicious but the only kind I've found, at the Asian grocery store, has preservatives &/or much added sugar.
