Completing the Year.
I love this time of year. I find myself looking back and looking forward while loving where I am right now. That seems special to me.
In closing out the year I recall all the miracles, all the healing, all the growth, all the love. For sure there are lessons that have deepened my experience of life, of family, and of community as well. I think of the past year like the headlines of a newspaper. What is on the front page? What are the top stories?
In looking forward I begin to create a context for the next year.
